In 2023, a majority of ** percent of German consumers did not use cannabis products. Among those who did, the most commonly used products were "pre-rolled THC joints" and "THC extracts (e.g. tinctures)" with approximately and *** percent of respondents indicating these as their preferred choices respectively.
