In a survey conducted in 2021 among consumers from several countries in the Asia-Pacific region, ** percent of the respondents stated to have an increased interest in health maintenance and lifestyle changes compared to three to five years ago. In general, the surveyed consumers showed increased involvement in personal health maintenance and treatment in several ways, including doing their own research or using digital health services, such as mobile applications. This development is also reflected in high telehealth adoption rates across the region, which are projected to rise further until 2024.
