Denmark is the third largest recorded music market in Scandinavia, following Sweden and Norway. Throughout the last decade, Denmark saw steady growth in recorded music revenue figures. The industry is healthy and not even the COVID-19 pandemic made a dent in its profits. This is most likely due to the fact that streaming is the prevailing form of music consumption in this Nordic country. Today, more than 88 percent of recorded music revenues are attributed to streaming.
