Case New Holland (CNH) Industrial is a manufacturer of heavy machinery, such as agricultural equipment, construction machinery, and industrial machinery. Financially controlled by the leading Italian investment company Exor, CNH Industrial is registered in the Netherlands but holds corporate offices in England. The Iveco Group Business—an Italian manufacturer of commercial vehicles—was part of CNH Industrial until its demerger in January 2023. Iveco's brand value reached over 1.4 billion euros in 2022.
