Throughout his first 100 days in office, Trump issued 143 executive orders that mirrored many Project 2025 objectives, undoing many Biden-era policies. On his first day alone, he signed 26 orders, more than any other president in U.S. history. Included on day one were orders including withdrawal from the World Health Organization (WHO) and Paris Agreement. He also pardoned over 1,500 people convicted of crimes related to the January 6 attack on the Capitol in 2021. When looking at what Americans wanted to see Trump prioritize in his first 100 days, inflation, jobs, and the economy were among the top issues for over 50 percent of survey respondents. Additionally, 31 percent wanted to see Trump prioritize immigration.
