Telecommunications operators in Finland - statistics & facts
One of the leaders of the European digital sector, Finland has one of the highest shares of information and communication technology (ICT) specialists in the European Union. The country has a competitive telecommunications market dominated by three key players: Elisa, Telia, and DNA. Elisa held the largest share of revenue from fixed-line, mobile, TV, and radio operations, at 37 percent in 2023. Telia Finland, part of Telia Company since 2017, followed closely, while DNA held 23 percent of the market. The three operators provide some of the highest-quality services worldwide, as all of them received the Opensignal Global Mobile Network Experience Awards in 2024.
