Upper secondary school graduates willing to search for a permanent full-time job.
Data were acquired in two ways: 1. students took part to a survey answering a questionnaire, 2. school documents were consulted in order to gain information about gender, age, grades, citizenship, school credit, and type of diploma.
*79.3 percent answered.

According to a survey conducted in Italy in 2020, for both male and female respondents the security and stability of the position are the main factors which influence their job search, pointed out by **** percent and **** percent of students. The chance to learn professional skills was the second most common aspect students considered when looking for a job, which was chosen by ** percent of male and ** percent of female high school graduates.
