In a survey conducted in Malaysia in 2020, it was found that approximately ** percent of the respondents across the region aged over 60 years old do not use internet. While the share of non-internet users in most of the lower age brackets had reduced compared to the results in 2018, there was an increase in the share of non-internet users who were below 20 years old.
