Do the Dutch think there could be harmful economic consequences of the Brexit in the Netherlands?. According to survey results in 2018, people who voted liberal-progressive D66 and PvdA (center-left Labour) were most pessimistic about the economic consequences of Brexit for the Netherlands, whereas the PVV (Freedom Party) was the only party whose voters were predominantly positive about the economic effects of Brexit. Over ** percent of D66 members expected Brexit to negatively impact the economy, whereas ** percent of PVV members did not think that Brexit would be economically harmful for the Netherlands.
