This statistic illustrates the office land acquisition costs in prime locations in capital cities in Central and Eastern Europe in the first half of 2018. According to a report conducted by , as of the first half of 2018, land acquisitions costs for offices in the Czechia were between six and seven thousand euros per square meter, this was the highest cost among the countries observed. It was followed by Poland, where costs were between three and four thousand euros per square meter.
