The manufacturing and industrial segment have the highest share of Internet of Things (IoT) enterprise projects in 2020 with 22 percent. This share is up five percent for the segment compared to 2018 when smart city IoT projects had the highest share with 23 percent. Transportation / Mobility, Energy, and Retail are the other areas with double digit market shares.
