The source defines sales as shipments of products that are directly sold to distributors or consumer enterprises, as well as products shipped to headquarters, sales offices, relay points, and factories of the same enterprise producing items of a different group. In the case of commissioned products, it refers to shipments to consigners that are sales dealers (including consumers).
