This statistic depicts the results of a survey conducted in Italy in 2017 among *** companies, mainly small- sized enterprises active in the manufacturing sector. During the survey, companies' representatives were asked to indicate in which areas they have adopted new technologies in order to prevent and/or detect fraud. As of the survey period, ** percent of respondents stated they used technologies in order to identify anomalies in the business processes. Other ** percent of the interviewed companies declared they used technologies to monitor e-mails, whereas other ** percent of them invested in technologies aimed at testing the transactions.
