In 2022, Lithuania had the highest National Cyber Security Index (NCSI) among countries that used to be part of the Union of the Soviet Socialist Republics (USSR), at points. In other words, it was reported to be the most prepared to prevent threats and incidents in the digital space. Estonia followed with points. The lowest index score was recorded in Turkmenistan, at below points.
