The survey’s aim was to find out investors’ attitudes towards environmental, social and governance (ESG) criteria and their inclination to carry out socially responsible investments (SRI). Particularly, in the given statistic, Italian retail investors were asked whether they trusted their bank or insurance company more if these provided a higher degree of transparency in their investment practices.
