Due to the census published by the INE, the data for 2013 were recalculated and, from that year onwards, a new series not comparable with previous data is started.
The 2013 data includes from December 2012 to November 2013.
The consumption of pasta in Spain was **** kilos per person in 2019, the same figure as in the previous year, so the consumption of this type of food remains at its highest level after a slight decrease observed in 2017.
