The Data comes from the revision of 49,123 advertisements published between January and March 2015 on the 10 P2P platforms of hosting services in the most important tourist rental properties present in the Spanish market based on the number of advertisements included in their websites in January of 2015: Airbnb, Wimdu, HomeAway,
