The per capita consumption of oil in Spain in 2024, by type and in liters, shows that in average Spaniards mostly consumed sunflower oil at a rate of *** liters. Olive oil, which until recently, was Spain's most popular oil, followed, reaching figures of **** liters per head. Also, sales of oil have been studied by distribution channel.
