This statistic displays the result of a survey on the satisfaction with the broadband service quality in Finland in 2015 and 2016, by connection type. The satisfaction of B2C and B2B customers towards the service quality of both fixed-line and mobile broadband decreased in 2016 compared to the previous year. The satisfaction rating of B2C clients was slightly higher than that of B2B clients. The main internet service providers in Finland include Elisa, DNA and Telia Company. Since 2017, Telia Company includes the former two telecommunication companies operating in Finland: Tele Finland and Sonera.
