Nearly half of German respondents surveyed in 2022 reported not being interested at all in tasting vegan Bavarian sausages (Weißwurst) at Oktoberfest. A further ** percent of respondents also said that they would probably not eat such sausages, which were to be offered at the event in that year for the first time in history.
