This statistic represents the result of a survey on communication methods of mobile phone users in Finland in 2016. At the time of the survey, the most frequently used communication methods for Finns were voice calls and emails. Furthermore, while ** percent of respondents used instant messaging apps, ** percent stated having never used such applications. Instead, traditional text messages (SMS) were largely used also less frequently.
