This statistic shows the degree of acceptance of public display of affection in female homosexual couples among the Italian population in 2011, sorted by age group. According to this study, nearly half of Italians aged between 18 and 74 thought it unacceptable for two women to kiss in a public space. This perception, shared by almost ** percent of Italians aged , was particularly strong among elderly Italians.
