Production value of leading chemical companies in Italy 2023
Based on the domestic production value, Versalis was Italy's leading chemical company in 2023, with domestic sales valued at approximately *** billion euros. In second place that year was Mapei Group, with domestic Italian sales amounting to *** billion euros. These two companies also accounted for the biggest worldwide sales of chemical products in Italy in 2023.
