Around 2,000 employers with more than 500 employees in Germany were identified for the employer survey 2014 (Arbeitgeber-Studie 2014). Of these employers, 1,171 were evaluated. The ranking and subsequent analysis were based on the survey results of 42,900 employees. These responses were collected among employees with an online access panel and Xing-members. Additionally, kanunu.com provided 23,000 employers ratings (which were submitted between January 2012 and May 2013).
The employer score includes the recommendations of employees of their firm, the kanunu.com evaluation and the recommendations for other firms of the sector (external perspective). Further question concerning the method can be adressed to .
