The American Trends Panel is a nationally representative panel of randomly selected U.S. adults living in households. Respondents who identify themselves as internet users and provide an email address participate in the panel via monthly web surveys and those who do not use internet or do not provide an email address participate via the mail. Data in this survey is based on 4,317 web-respondents and 470 mail-respondents.
Data is based on U.S. adults who say they take public transportation (like a bus, subway or train) on a daily, almost daily or weekly basis.
