During 2025, the demographic that more often had consumed alcohol during the year was women between 15 and 24 years of age, with around 80 percent of respondents of that age reporting alcohol consumption in the last 12 months. Women of 75 years and older, on the other hand, were the group with the least prevalent consumption, with 48 percent of respondents reporting alcohol consumption that year.
