Panel survey
Since January 1, 2013, Live+6 is the new standard. This is the total of the live watched TV shows and the postponed watching until six days after the program was officially aired.
The data only represents figures for the participating TV channels, those are: Eén, VTM, Canvas, VIER, 2BE, VIJF, Vitaya, National Geographic, Discovery Channel, Njam!, Disney Channel, Nickelodeon Spike, NickJr., VTMKZOOM, Studio 100 TV, ACHT, Cartoon Network, Dobbit TV, MTV, Kanaal Z, Comedy Central, Fox, Disney Junior, History, Ketnet and TLC. Furthermore, the figures only show TV programs that last longer than 15 minutes.
The figures represent the highest number of viewers the program received.
The source divides Belgium into North Belgium, Flanders and the Dutch-speaking parts of Brussels, and South Belgium, Wallonia and the French-speaking parts of Brussels.
* 1,500 families take part in the panel, approximately 750 families for the North part of Belgium (Flanders and Brussels) and 750 for the South part of Belgium (Brussels and Wallonia), and they make up a panel of about 3,700 people. In the homes of every family an audiometer or a viewing meter is installed and registers the TV behavior of the individual family members.
