In Italy, those aged 20 to 24 years old were the most likely to read e-books or online books, with 19.7 percent of adults of that age per 100 adults in that age group saying that they did so in 2022. By contrast, younger children and older adults were the least likely to engage exclusively with e-books or other online book formats.
