Pregnancy allowance may be paid to those who do not get to work because the work environment entails risks for the child. Pregnancy allowance may also be paid to the person who has a physical work and reduced work by at least a quarter due to pregnancy. Pregnancy allowance is paid only if the employer can not offer the pregnant relocation or other tasks that can be performed despite the pregnancy.
