The monthly construction output of all new public housing construction in Great Britain from ** to *** saw an overall growth with some fluctuations. However, from the beginning of 2020 on, a large drop in the monthly construction output is visible. In , an all-time low in the measured period was seen, with an output of *** million British pounds; just two months before that, in ***, the output reached *** million British pounds. These changes could be explained by the arrival of the COVID-19 pandemic in Great Britain.
