The Ukraine referendum is about the question whether or not the EU should sign an association agreement with Ukraine. On April 6, 2016 all Dutch citizens 18 years and older are allowed to vote on this question in a popular referendum.
The question asked was:
'Imagine you had to vote today, would you vote in favor or against the law of approval of the Association Agreement between the European Union and Ukraine?' (English)
'Stel dat u vandaag zou moeten stemmen in het referendum, zou u dan voor of tegen de wet tot goedkeuring van de Associatieovereenkomst tussen de Europese Unie en Oekraïne stemmen?' (Dutch)
