Data on the reasons given by bullying victims for not reporting it in the United Kingdom (UK) as of 2020 shows that the most common reason to not report the bullying was that the victims feared being labelled a snitch or were scared that it would get worse, with 38 percent of respondents. 39 percent of the respondents also said that the most common reason to not report the bullying was because they were embarrassed.
