Leaders include survey respondents with job titles of executives (CEO, CIO, CSO, and CISO), managers, architects, strategists, and strategic advisors. Practitioners include all the remaining job titles, with security analyst being the most prominent (24% of practitioners). The remaining subgroup, GRC ( Governance, Risk/Risk Management), and Compliance), includes survey respondents that are employed in private industry, located in the United States, and selected GRC as their primary functional responsibility. GRC was included as a new section in the 2015 survey.
