Since 2004, wireless internet through mobile communication networks has been included in the scope of internet.

Also, the definition of internet users has been changed from 'those who use the internet at least once a month on average' to 'those who have used the internet at least once in the last 1 month'.
Since 2006, the sample eligibility has been expanded to the population aged 3 and over
(2000-2001 : population aged 7 and over, 2002-2005 : population aged 6 and over)
