The production value is defined as turnover, plus or minus the changes in stocks of finished products, work in progress and goods and services purchased for resale, minus the purchases of goods and services for resale, plus capitalised production, plus other operating income (excluding subsidies). Income and expenditure classified as financial or extra-ordinary in company accounts is excluded from production value.

Citation formats

The production value of the beer manufacturing industry in Slovenia saw no significant changes in 2014 in comparison to the previous year 2013 and remained at around 165.5 million euros. Nevertheless, this was the first time during the considered period that the production value in this industry declined, albeit slowly, in Slovenia.
