In 2020, all ** states plus the District of Columbia and Puerto Rico reported rates of live births weighing less than grams. Additionally, ** states reported the childhood immunization status as part of their core set. State reporting of quality measures are voluntary, but will be mandatory starting FY 2024, already some states report nearly all measures in the child core set. This statistic depicts the number of U.S. states that reported the core set of Medicaid/CHIP children's health care quality measures in federal fiscal year 2020.
