In 2023, Russia accounted for 16.7 percent of all measured e-mail antivirus detections. Spain ranked second with 9.5 percent target rate. Mexico followed, recording approximately six percent of blocked attacks. In December 2023, almost 47 percent of e-mail traffic was spam.
