* 2014 based on aggregated data collected between July 2013 and May 2014 reporting incidence of bill-shock within the 12 month period between May 2013-April 2014. This analysis includes those who said their bill was higher than expected due to incorrect charges. Excluding these responses has no impact on the mean average amount of bill shock.
