1,260 children with instructional IEPs were served in Iowa’s SWVPP program but were funded by sources not reported by the state. Similar to prior years, these children were removed from the per-
child spending calculations.
There are no pre-kindergarten programs in the following states for year 2019-2020: Idaho, Indiana, Montana, New Hampshire, South Dakota, and Wyoming.
