In 2023, the share of users in the United Kingdom using table devices to go online was 46 percent, up from the 43 percent recorded in 2021. Between 2011 and 2019, the use of tablet devices increased by 55 percentage points from six percent to 61 percent. However, 2020 was the first year seeing a decrease in tablet usage since 2011, with a decrease in respondents reporting accessing the internet via tablet devices.
