The report defines dilutables as follows: "Squashes, cordials, powders and other concentrates for dilution to taste by consumers, expressed as ready to drink (RTD). Typically adding four parts water to one part product for single concentrates, nine parts water to one part product for double concentrates and varying amounts for super concentrates with 50-70ml making 5-7 liters RTD."
