HPE manages enterprise products and services, while HP Inc specializes in personal computers and printers. Examining HP’s revenue streams

HP Inc. gets its revenue from two business segments: personal segments and printing. In order to stay relevant in a quickly changing technology industry, HP has focused on product design and new technologies. For example, it has teamed up with consulting firm Deloitte to sell and provide assistance to clients using 3D printers, a market that is projected to grow to ** billion U.S. in 2022. HP Inc has expanded its 3D printing portfolio by opening a 3D printing and digital manufacturing center in Barcelona in early 2019.

HP Inc stays strong in hardware

HP Inc is constantly striving to remain a powerful market player in its field, including through initiatives such as strategic mergers and acquisitions. In 2018, for example, the company acquired Apogee Corporation, a UK-based office equipment dealer, for *** million GBP. Another acquisition of note is its 2016 purchase of Samsung Printing Solutions for *** billion U.S. dollars, which expanded HP Inc’s portfolio of offerings in business printing.
