These services are offered by telecom service providers, whose main source of income on the telecom market is represented by subscription and other usage fees applied to individual users. The largest telecom operators in the world are currently two American multinational corporations: AT&T, headquartered in Dallas, Texas and Verizon Communications, based in New York. As of 2014, they each reported over ** billion Euros in telecom revenue. Other strong players include China Mobile (China), Deutsche Telekom (Germany) and Orange (France).
