Rates are age adjusted for normal life expectancy and are based on cases diagnosed in the SEER 9 areas for 1975-1977 and 1995-1997, and in the SEER 22 areas for 2014-2020; all cases were followed through 2021. Rates for White and Black patients diagnosed during 2014-2020 are exclusive of Hispanic ethnicity.
