There are various pet specialty chains to be found in North America, such as PETCO, Pet Supplies Plus, and Woof Gang Bakery. One of the largest companies in the business is PetSmart. The company is based in Arizona, United States, and focuses on selling specialty pet animal products. As of March 2024, PetSmart had the highest number of stores in North America, namely close to 1,700.
