The interviewees were asked whether they agree with the following statement, 'my financial provider does what's best for me, not just its own bottom line'. It was the nations largest institutions that performed the worst in this survey, whereas about ** percent of credit union customers responded positively to the statement. London-based bank HSBC proved to be one of the least-trusted banks, with ** percent of its customers agreeing that the bank worked more in their interest than its own.
