Writing and editing documents and emails emerged as the most common use of generative AI among real estate businesses in the United States. In a survey conducted between November 2025 and February 2026, around ** percent of businesses said they used GenAI as a tool to create and edit text, while over ** percent reported using it to assist with customer service.
