This statistic represents the evolution of the average net annual salary in full-time equivalent in the public and private sectors from 1995 to 2021 in France. From 2013 onwards, the net annual salary in full-time equivalent in the private sector surpassed that of the public sector. In 2021, the salary income of an employee working in the private sector was * euros compared to * euros in the public sector.
