The personal training account (CPF) is a public funding scheme for continuing education. The CPF is intended for anyone over 16 years old who is employed. This individual account can be used throughout one’s professional life. It is not linked to the employment contract. It is available:
- to employees in the private sector and the agricultural sector, from age ** (15 years by exception in the case of signing an apprenticeship contract);
- to job seekers (registered or not registered with employment services) or those under professional security contracts. The personal training account is no longer usable when beneficiaries claim all their retirement rights. The account is reactivated in the case of combined employment and retirement. Alongside the CPF, every employee benefits internally from a professional interview every two years and a professional review every six years.
