This statistic shows the evolution of jet fuel consumption in France from 2010 to 2022. In 2011, jet fuel consumption in France was approximately 6.4 million tons. Consumption then gradually increased until 2019. 2020 marked a sharp decline following the significant drop in air traffic. Aviation consumption then rose again to reach 5.5 million tons of fuel in 2022. One of the main jet fuels is kerosene.
